Features

Graphs first. Every number tied to closed GCI.

No tables to dig through. Each view answers one question about your business.

Ad ROI and ROAS by lead source

Find out which lead sources actually pay.

PulseKPI matches each lead in your CRM to its ad spend and to the commission it closed. You see ROAS, ROI, cost per lead and cost per closing for Zillow, Google, Meta, Realtor.com, your sphere and open houses side by side.

  • ROAS = closed GCI ÷ ad spend, per source
  • Paid-only or all-sources views
  • Weekly tip on where to cut or boost spend
ROAS by source · YTD
Realtor.com returns $3.50 in GCI for every $1 of spend.
Live goal countdown ticker

Your year-end goal, counting down live.

Set annual goals for GCI, closings and volume. The ticker sits at the top of your dashboard and leads every morning summary: percent to goal, days left, and the monthly pace you need versus the pace you are running.

  • Green when your pace covers the gap, amber when it doesn't
  • A marker shows where an even pace would put you today
  • Counts down to Dec 31 in your local time

Daily morning summary

Five lines at 7 AM. Know your day before coffee.

The bot refreshes everything overnight, then texts or emails a short summary: your goal ticker, yesterday's wins, new pending GCI, leads that need a call, and any data gaps like a deal with no price.

  • Flags stale leads and overdue tasks

Suggestions to cut, shift or renegotiate.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is PulseKPI an app I have to update?

No. PulseKPI is a bot. It pulls data from your connected tools every day, refreshes your dashboard, and sends you a morning summary. You never type numbers into it.

What do I need to connect?

At minimum your CRM. For the full picture, add your transaction manager, ad accounts (Meta and Google), and QuickBooks Online or your spreadsheet. A smart watch is optional. Most agents finish setup in about 30 minutes.

How is ROAS calculated?

ROAS is closed GCI from a lead source divided by the ad spend on that source. ROI is closed GCI minus cost, divided by cost. PulseKPI matches leads in your CRM to closed deals in your transaction manager, so the numbers reflect real commission, not just clicks.

Do you store my passwords?

No. You sign in through each provider's own OAuth screen, or use a read-only API key where that is all the provider offers. Access is read-only, data is encrypted, and you can disconnect any source at any time.

Will the bot ever pause ads, cancel tools or move money?

Never. The quarterly spend review only suggests cuts, shifts and renegotiations. You decide what to do.

How do the CPA tax reports work?

Each quarter and at year-end, PulseKPI builds a report pack from QuickBooks or your spreadsheet. You review it, and it is sent to your CPA or bookkeeper only after you approve that send. PulseKPI organizes your numbers; it does not give tax advice.

Does it work for solo agents and for teams?

Yes. Solo agents get every KPI and the morning summary. Teams and brokerages add an agent leaderboard, team pipeline and your team name on top of the dashboard.

When can I start?

PulseKPI is opening in stages. Join the waitlist or book a demo below and we will reach out when a spot opens.
